Serve With Bible High School as Houseparents

If you and your spouse are dedicated Christians who have been following the teachings of Jesus and are passionate about impacting the lives of young men locally and internationally, this opportunity may be ideal for you. The focus of this ministry is to create a nurturing Christian environment for young men, akin to a loving Christian home. As part of this ministry, you and your spouse will reside rent-free and receive a salary. One of you will have the chance to teach in the academic school, while the other can mentor in a trade they are currently involved in.

Your primary role will involve overseeing a small group of young men aged 14 to 18. You will teach them essential life skills such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry, preparing them for independence. Additionally, you will lead daily prayers and devotionals, maintain their daily schedules, provide care when they are unwell, offer support during challenging times, and implement loving discipline when necessary. For some of these young men, you may serve as a significant Christian role model, possibly being the closest they have come to experiencing a Christian parental figure.

While you will not replace their biological parents, the Bible High School will grant you "Guardianship ad litem" status, giving you the authority and responsibility of a parent until their own parents or legal guardians decide otherwise. Applications are currently being accepted for a home opening in September 2025.
